The Febur magnesium transmission eccentric housing has a weight of only 590 grams, which enables a 30% un sprung mass saving as compared to the stock aluminum transmission housing.
From the project design angle, the Febur component is stronger, having three inner reinforcing fins, as compared to the single one of the stock aluminum unit, a feature enabling a better distribution of stress.
This is an installation ready assembly, complete of twin ball bearing, needle bearing, slave, spacer, dust cover seal and seeger.
